Alaska Missions' Mat Su Covenant is a collection of churches in villages located in remote areas of Alaska. Jim Barefoot serves as Village Outreach Pastor, ministering to outlying churches by snowmobile during the long winter to give support and encouragement to the pastors and to the people.
